Forgetting your password happens to the best of us. In just a few quick steps you can regain access to your PolygrAI account and get back to your work securely.
Steps to Reset Your Password
• Go to the PolygrAI login page.
• Select the Forgot Password? link below the password field.
• Enter the email address associated with your account and choose Send Reset Instructions.
• Check your inbox for an email from PolygrAI containing your reset link.
• Click the link in that email and enter a new password on the page that appears.
Troubleshooting Didn’t Receive the Email?
• Verify you entered the correct email address on the reset form.
• Look in your spam or junk folder in case the message was filtered.
• Allow a few minutes for delivery—sometimes mail servers introduce a slight delay.
