Can’t Log In?
• Verify your email address and password match exactly what you used when registering.
• Reset your password from the login page by clicking Forgot Password and following the instructions in the email you receive.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies or switch to a different browser or an incognito window to rule out local issues.
Can’t Invite a Team Member?
• Confirm your role includes the invites.manage permission. Owners and Administrators always have this right.
• Review your subscription plan limits on the billing page. Some tiers cap the number of active team members.
Campaigns Are Not Sending or Getting Low Engagement
• Double-check the scheduled date and time to ensure your campaign is set to launch when you expect.
