Your Interviews page serves as the command center for everything you have built in PolygrAI. From a bird’s-eye view of templates to batch operations that save time this hub keeps your interviews organized and at your fingertips.

Interviews List

Here you see every interview you have created in a sortable searchable table. Each row displays essential details so you can spot what you need at a glance:

Interview Name – The custom title you assigned

Question Count – How many prompts are included

Creation Date – When the interview was added

Finding the Right Interview

Search – Type any part of a name into the search bar to instantly filter results

Sort – Click the Interview Name header to reorder alphabetically or reverse

Managing a Single Interview

Click the actions menu (…) at the end of any row to:

View Open in-depth results and AI analytics

Edit Adjust questions or settings without rebuilding

Delete Remove permanently after confirmation

Bulk Operations

Select multiple interviews using the checkboxes on the left and then choose one of the batch actions that appears above the table:

Delete Selected Remove several interviews in one step

Export Data Download response summaries for offline analysis

Best Practices for Interview Management

• Archive outdated interviews to reduce clutter and improve load times

• Standardize naming conventions so team members can find templates faster

• Schedule periodic reviews to consolidate similar interviews or retire obsolete ones
