Managing Your Billing Information

Once your subscription is active you can update payment details view invoices change plans or cancel your subscription from the Billing page in your team settings.

Accessing the Billing Portal

To open the secure billing portal

• Go to the Billing section in your team’s main menu

• Click the Manage Billing button to be redirected to our PCI compliant partner portal

Billing Portal Capabilities

In the billing portal you can

• Update Payment Method. Change the credit card or payment option on file.

• View and Download Invoices. Access your full billing history and save PDF copies for your records.

• Change Your Plan. Upgrade or downgrade your subscription to match your team’s needs.

• Cancel Your Subscription. End your subscription directly from the portal when necessary.

Security and Support

We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled by our secure billing partner. If you encounter any issues accessing the billing portal or have questions about invoices please contact support at [email protected] for assistance.
