Canceling Your Subscription

We’re sorry to see you go If you need to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time through our secure billing portal

To end your subscription

• Open the Billing section from your team’s main menu

• Select Manage Billing to be redirected to our PCI compliant billing partner portal

• Choose the Cancel Subscription option within the portal

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and your account reverts to the free plan at that time. You will immediately lose access to paid features but all of your data including interviews campaigns and settings will remain intact and accessible.
