Ensuring the right people have the right level of access to your PolygrAI account is essential for security and productivity. The Members section in your team settings lets you invite collaborators, adjust their permissions, and keep track of outstanding invitations.

Inviting New Members

To bring a colleague or partner onto your team, follow these steps

• Select the Members tab in your team settings

• Click the Invite Members button to open the invitation dialog

• Enter the email address of the person you wish to add

• Choose the appropriate role for that person based on the permissions they need

• Click Send Invite to dispatch an email with a secure join link

Once the invitation is sent the recipient will receive an email explaining how to accept and join your team

Managing Active Members

All current team participants appear in the Account Members table. Each entry displays name email address and assigned role. From this view you can

• Change Role to grant additional permissions or limit access

• Remove Member to immediately revoke that person’s access to your workspace

Adjusting roles as project needs evolve helps maintain both flexibility and security

Handling Pending Invitations

Invitations that have not yet been accepted appear in the Pending Invitations list. You can use this section to

• Resend Invitation when an invite link has expired or gone missing

• Update Role to alter the permissions granted upon acceptance

• Cancel Invitation to withdraw an offer before it has been accepted

Regularly cleaning up stale invitations prevents unauthorized access and keeps your team list accurate

Best Practices for Team Member Management

Inviting and managing your team proactively contributes to a secure organized environment. Keep these guidelines in mind

• Review active members monthly to confirm that access levels remain appropriate

• Archive or remove members who no longer require entry to sensitive data

• Limit administrative roles to trusted team leads to reduce the risk of accidental changes

• Communicate role responsibilities clearly so each member understands their scope of access
