Deleting Your Personal Account

If you no longer need your PolygrAI account you can permanently delete it here Please note that this action cannot be undone

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• All your personal account data is permanently removed

• You are automatically removed from every team you belonged to

• Any team for which you are the sole owner is also deleted

• This process is irreversible so be sure to back up important data before you proceed

How to Delete Your Account

• Open your user settings by clicking your avatar in the top right corner then select Settings

• Scroll to the bottom of the settings page to find the Delete Account section

• Read and acknowledge the confirmation prompt to ensure you understand the consequences

• Enter your current password to verify your identity and finalize deletion

Before You Delete

We recommend exporting any reports or interview recordings you may need in the future and notifying teammates if you manage shared resources
